The Vietnam Centre for Economic and Policy Research (VEPR) was established in July, 2008 by the agreement between the a group of economists and the leadership of University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University Hanoi.
The Centre’s headquarter is located at UEB-VNU campus (Room 704, Building E4, 144
Xuân Thuỷ, Hà Nội).
The Centre aims to achieving the following primary goals:
(1) Conducting independent and original research into economics and interdisciplinary issues related to economics;
(2) providing quality researches, services, policy analysis and consulting business to government bodies, organizations and industries;
(3) providing educational services in economics, finance and policy analysis to interested customers.
Researchers at VEPR were all educated in economic profession (PhD and Master degrees) from advanced countries such as UK, US, Japan, Europe and Australia, etc…
