[December 14, 2009] On Wednesday, December 9^th 2009, at the conference room no 801 – University of Economics and Business, VNU, the Vietnam Centre for Economic and Policy Research, Knowledge Publishing House and Phan Chau Trinh Cultural Foundation held a seminar named “A quarter of a century of Vietnam’s economic ups and downs under the views of two research generations”, with speakers Prof. Dang Phong and Dr. Nguyen Duc Thanh.

Besides experts from research institutions and international organizations, participants included students and lecturers from different universities such as the University of Economics and Business – VNU, National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, the Institute of Banking,many reporters from Nhan Dan Newspaper, Vietnamnet, Tien Phong Online, VnEconomy, VTC1, VTC10, InvestTV, and some interested businessmen.
