VEPR

[Oct 29, 2009] After more than one year of establishment, the Center for Economic and Policy Research has successfully positioned its brand name of CEPR as an independent economic research institution with a modern and effective approach in economic and policy research. Besides affirming the voice in economic and policy discussions in Vietnam, CEPR has actively widened the international cooperation activities with international research institutions and sponsors.

To avoid being confused with some research institutions and networks in the same field which have the same abbreviation, e.g. in the UK (www.cepr.org) and in the United States (www.cepr.net), since November 1^st 2009, the Center for Economic and Policy Research will officially change the name and logo to VEPR, which stands for Vietnam Center for Economic and Policy Research. The old domain and email addresses of CEPR will be changed accordingly to vepr.org.vn. Since November 1^st 2009, all correspondences with the domain of cepr.org.vn will be automatically forwarded to the address of vepr.org.vn.

The Center for Economic and Policy Research respectfully announces this to all colleagues and friends. We hope to continue receiving your support for a strong development in the future.
